Sometimes you need help on your website fast, but business gets in the way. Say you’ve just discovered that an important page on your site is behaving strangely, or your checkout process is giving out the wrong prices, or your site is down completely! Do you really want to spend time going backwards and forwards with quotes and estimates before anything gets done? And it doesn’t have to be major work - what about all those little tweaks you’ve been meaning to get done on your site for a year, but the red tape puts you off? After all, a website is never really done. There is always more to do.
That’s where a site maintenance, or support contract really comes in handy, and we think we have one of the most efficient and flexible ones around

How it Works
Each month you have a number of hours to spend, based on your support package. Raise a ticket, or phone on our free support number and speak with your account manager. You will be given an estimated number of hours for the task to be complete, and our developers in Essex will get to work. It’s as simple as that! And when the job is complete, you get to rate us on our performance. And we will make those ratings public, so everyone can see just how well we’re doing!
We have a range of pricing options available, depending on your needs. Still need convincing? Here are some of the other ways in which our support package can help you:
- Save time and money, and get things done
- Support hours are discounted, so you pay less
- But what if you run out of support hours? You can get a special rate on additional quotes
- You are assigned an account manager - you won’t speak to someone different every time you pick up the phone
- We can’t close support tickets. You close them so that every ticket is rated
- We will back up your sites files and database weekly
